Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing food items under the acceptable conditions as outlined under state and local regulatory standards and guidelines Follow all established policies and procedures, and additionally, may be directed by the Executive Chef and/or Director of Food and Nutrition Services, to further assure that quality food services is provided at all times
Qualifications:
Job Requirements Considerable knowledge of sanitation regulations and practices as applied to institutional kitchen Must be able to lift 40lbs or more and must be able to stand for long periods of time Preferred Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1 year experience in institutional food handling Culinary school graduate.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
