The ideal candidate is energetic, poised, articulate, and disciplined.
We welcome candidates from a variety of previous industry experience, such as fashion, PR, marketing, publishing, and the art world, to name a few.
This is an excellent role for a professional communicator, and someone who can present as an ambassador for the Principal and the company.
Responsibilities:
Handle administrative needs of Principal Arrange conference calls and meetings Plan work-related travel details Receive visitors, take calls, and monitor Principal's email Proactively reach out to keep Principal in touch with clients, prospective clients, colleagues, press, etc.
Assist in, and manage, outreach for business development
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in other related fields Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong attention to detail Job Type:

$45,000.
