Key
Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and university partnerships, to identify potential candidates interested in Clean Energy opportunities.
- Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements.

Support Recruitment Process:
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to maintain candidate databases, update records, and track recruitment activities.
3.
Networking and Relationship Building:
- Participate in industry-related events, career fairs, and networking sessions to expand the talent pool and build relationships with prospective candidates.
- Actively engage with local high schools, universities, associations, and organizations to establish connections within the Clean Energy sector.
4.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team by organizing documentation, drafting correspondence, and managing recruitment-related paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in Clean Energy or sustainability initiatives through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with recruitment tools or databases is a plus.

Duration:
